Your Cost for Supervision

NOTE: Coach Supervision begins with a Chemistry Call (or occasionally an email thread) to ensure we can work together well. For a deeper description of the options listed below, and to schedule your Chemistry session or Initial or On-Going Supervision session, go here.

Here are my current (2026) prices for Coaching Supervision that can be sent securely through Paypal or Venmo in U.S. Dollars:

$75 for a one-hour One-to-One Casual Coach Supervision session via Zoom. Please consider completing at least three One-to-One sessions before purchasing an On-Demand Supervision round.

$260 for four (4) one-hour One-to-One On-Demand Coach Supervision sessions via Zoom. These six sessions can be scheduled as needed over a twelve-month period. When a supervision need arises, simply find a one-hour opening on my calendar app. All four sessions must be completed within the twelve month period (no refund for unused sessions at this discounted rate).

$60 for a 90-minute Casual Group Coach Supervision session via Zoom. Limit five coaches per session. This is a great place to start if you have never experienced coach supervision before.

$160 for three (3) 90-minute On-Going Group Coach Supervision sessions via Zoom. These sessions are held either every month or every other month on the same day and time (for example, first Friday of the month at 10:00 A.M. Central Time US and Canada). Limit five coaches per session. All three sessions must be completed within a twelve-month period (no refund for unused sessions at this discounted rate).

Note regarding claiming your supervision sessions with the ICF. You should track each supervision session along with the name and contact information of your supervisor. This is the same process used for claiming mentor coaching with the ICF. You may claim up to ten (10) hours of supervision, in any combination of individual or group sessions, with one or more coach supervisors for each 3-year credential renewal period. There is no longer a process to submit electronic documents to the ICF for coach supervision or mentor coaching received, therefore I do not provide electronic certificates any longer. I DO keep records of each coach’s name and contact information with the session dates because the ICF will occasionally request verification of supervision completion.
